  • We can adapt to your preference. If you prefer to manage things for your client, we can communicate and invoice you. Alternatively, we’re happy to work directly with your clients, ensuring clear and professional communication sharing updates if required.

  • Client confidentiality is a top priority and every project is managed with discretion. All team members sign confidentiality agreements and train to respect privacy and confidentiality protocols.

  • Yes. All CMS team members are insured via the general liability policy of CMS and trained in cleaning, best practices and handling for cleaning products, as well as our more common repair techniques.

  • As a property professional, we support your estimating by offering a rate per square foot for each basic service. Specialty services are estimated individually. Various factors require consideration such as; number of windows, stairs, flooring, number of bathrooms, kitchens and pets. We will provide a quote that outlines the scope of work, timelines, and any options. In the absence of detailed knowledge in advance, repair work will be quoted at time and materials. *

  • We are currently serving the Delta area and supporting various single and multi-family residential properties as well as commercial and specialty spaces.

  • For emergencies, we ask our clients to contact their insurers for an approved service. CMS is not registered or configured for emergency repairs or related restoration work. However, we will absolutely do our best to accommodate a tight deadline and support a flexible schedule! Whether it’s a last-minute move-out clean or a tight showing schedule, we’ll do our best to help. Importantly, we won’t leave you hanging. We’ll communicate a clear and prompt yes or no. 

  • Absolutely. This can be particularly valuable to Property Managers who may want to gather the needs of several units of a complex into a single schedule. As an example, a move-out, a common area cleaning, and repairs in another 2 units can be bundled into a single booking.

  • Our teams follow detailed checklists, participate in a team discussion before each job, and regularly review best practices for products and surfaces. We follow a team/zone cleaning process, and perform an end-of-work check before exiting the site. We also conduct quality checks and welcome feedback to continuously improve our services.

  • We’re known for our flexibility and adaptability. If your client has special requests—such as specific cleaning products, unique repair needs, or unusual property layouts — we’ll work with you to create a tailored solution.

  • If a requested service is outside our expertise, we’ll let you know immediately and recommend trusted specialists or subcontractors where possible. We’re committed to transparency and ensuring your client gets the best solution, even if it’s not from us.

  • Client satisfaction is our top priority. If you or your client isn’t fully satisfied, we’ll address their concerns promptly and make it right. After that, we’ll review how the deficiency or misunderstanding can be avoided in the future. Our goal is to ensure you and your client feel confident in referring or using CMS again.

  • Yes. We offer recurring services for property managers who need regular upkeep for rental units. From tenant move-outs to ongoing common area cleaning.
