As a property professional, we support your estimating by offering a rate per square foot for each basic service. Specialty services are estimated individually. Various factors require consideration such as; number of windows, stairs, flooring, number of bathrooms, kitchens and pets. We will provide a quote that outlines the scope of work, timelines, and any options. In the absence of detailed knowledge in advance, repair work will be quoted at time and materials. *

For emergencies, we ask our clients to contact their insurers for an approved service. CMS is not registered or configured for emergency repairs or related restoration work. However, we will absolutely do our best to accommodate a tight deadline and support a flexible schedule! Whether it’s a last-minute move-out clean or a tight showing schedule, we’ll do our best to help. Importantly, we won’t leave you hanging. We’ll communicate a clear and prompt yes or no.
