A clean, organized, and welcoming home makes a lasting first impression, allowing buyers to see the true potential of the space.
Our Listing Clean service is designed to help prepare your home for the market, assuming the house is furnished. The basic service focuses on thorough cleaning of surfaces including larger furniture and fittings but excludes deep cleaning of appliances. Many clients choose to tailor their visit to include additional services such as lightbulb replacements, drywall repairs, paint touch-ups, grout cleaning, or caulking repairs.

These are the standard elements typically included in a listing clean. Some customization may apply according to property type and need. Smaller furniture items are not included as standard.
Walls - Spot clean scuffs and other marks.*
Ceilings - Remove cobwebs.
Trim - Wipe baseboards, moldings, and door frames.
Window Frames & Sills - Vaccum tracks and wipe down frames and sills.
Windows - Clean interior face of windows and glass doors.
Doors - Wipe faces of doors and handles.
Light Switches - Wipe switches and face plates.
Light Fixtures - Dust and wipe fixtures, including bulbs and shades.
Built-ins - Dust and wipe down built-in cabinet tops, doors and shelves.
Carpet - Vacuum.
Hard Floors - Vacuum and mop.
Vents & Registers - Vacuum and wipe heating vents and registers.
Washer & Dryer - Clean exterior surfaces and rinse dispenser.
Countertops - Clean and sanitize countertops.
Backsplash - Clean, remove stains or grease.
Appliances - Wipe down and clean exterior surfaces of all appliances.
Ventilation Fan - Clean and wipe down exterior surfaces to vent hood.
Furniture - Soft - Vacuum or wipe.
Furniture - Hard - Wipe or polish.
Decorative Items - Dust or wipe down decorative items like vases or picture frames.
Entry Mats, Rugs or Runners - Vacuum or wipe.
Mirrors - Clean fixed and larger framed mirrors.
Sink & Faucets - Clean sink and faucets.
Toilets - Scrub and disinfect toilet bowl, seat, and exterior.
Bathtub & Shower - Wash tubs, shower walls, and glass doors.
Fireplace & Heater Grates - Dust and clean fireplace mantels or grates.
Hand Rails - Dust and wipe down railings and balusrades.
Hard Stairs - Vacuum and mop stairs; wipe down treads and risers.
Carpeted Stairs - Vacuum.
*NOTE: Spot cleaning on walls is tested in advance but may leave some residual trace or cleaning marks.
