    Inspect - Compare site to scope of work, review any special cleaning requirements, report items out of scope including damage, stains and spills.

    Ceiling Fittings - Vacuum or dust, wipe as appropriate (subject to access).

    Ceiling - Vacuum or dust cobweds.

    Vents & Splits - Remove deposits, dry wipe.

    Walls - Dust and wipe scuffs (advance approval required).

    Switches & controls - Vacuum and wipe.

    Light Fixtures - Dust and clean exterior light fixtures.

    Doors & Frames - Wipe down and clean entryway doors and hardware.

    Windows, Mullions & Sills - Remove deposits, dust and wipe, wash windows.

    Railings & Stairs - Dust and clean railings; power wash or scrub stairs.

    Kick boards & Trim - Vacuum and wipe.

    Fitted cabinets - Dust and wipe top and interior surfaces.

    Counters - Wipe, remove deposits and clean.

    Misc Fixtures - Vacuum and wipe as appropriate.

    Hard Floors - Vacuum and wipe and repeat.

    Soft Floors - Vacuum, spot clean.

    Garbage - Collect and bag ready for disposal.

    Leaves & Debris - Remove debris, rake or blow leaves.

    Pressure Wash - Exterior horizontal surfaces (excludes new concrete).
